Get a new ilok, then Uninstall ilok manager, reinstall then plug in both iloks… the old one might get recognise for around 10mins, and during that 10mins u xfer all the license to the new ilok

This happened to our studio ilok few months ago, and i think 舒文 also a month or 2 ago.. in our studio ilok, everytime reinstall ilok manager, we got about 15mins b4 it started flashing. So the only way is to quickly xfer the licenses off to another ilok during this time! Aiii
